DESCRIPTION:

Jewish Paris starts at the Cite metro stop, site of the earliest Jewish community, and gives a sense of the history of the Jews in France, walking to the Deportation Memorial, through the lower Marais to the Wall of the Righteous, and up to the Pletzel, which is the old Ashkenazi neighborhood. At that point we will be fully immersed in today's commercial Jewish community and we can exercise the option to continue to another, non-touristic one.
